Smart Holter is licenced telemedicine center with fast Holter ECG reporting service provided by cardiologists.
The service is delivered by a Polish telemedicine provider specializing in cardiology. We supply over 200 healthcare partners in Europe and have prepared 850,000+ hours of ECG analyzed.

Fill out the contact form or call us so that your dedicated account manager can get in touch with you. We will present our offer and a draft agreement. After signing the agreement, we ship the devices (if needed) and schedule an initial online training on using the PanelHolter telemedicine platform and the Holter devices. The entire process is smooth and efficient.

After signing the agreement, we train the staff responsible for daily cooperation. The training is conducted online or by phone. The daily use of the Panel Holter telemedicine platform and the devices is simple and user-friendly.

Using our secure telemedicine platform, Panel Holter, upload the patient’s recording file and enter the patient’s details. SMART HOLTER provides the report within 3 business days (or 1 day for urgent cases). You can download the report via Panel Holter. Your account manager is available by phone. At the end of each month, we send a summary and invoice.

If a serious arrhythmia requiring urgent action is identified, we call your facility immediately so you can inform the patient. Examples of dangerous arrhythmias include a significant pause, high-grade AV block, or ventricular tachycardia.

Our legal team adapts all procedures, data transfer paths, and documents involved in the Holter medical service process to the law regulation in the country where your medical facility/company operates.

Log in to the secure Panel Holter telemedicine platform via your web browser (login credentials are provided after signing the agreement). After two-step verification, you will be able to download the specialist-signed report in PDF format.

We provide the report within up to 3 business days. An additional paid express option (within 1 business day) is available. In urgent cases, please contact us directly — we can prioritize the report immediately.

Log in to the secure Panel Holter telemedicine platform via your web browser (login credentials are provided after signing the agreement). Upload the raw recording for analysis and wait for the report.

All examinations are interpreted by experienced cardiologists with many years of clinical practice. We use only certified Holter devices, each of which undergoes thorough technical inspection before every shipment. The facility receives a comprehensive report: a detailed specialist interpretation with multiple examples, as well as a clear conclusion understandable for the patient. Each report is confirmed with the cardiologist’s signature (full name, medical license number, professional title).
